  • There is a one-time, non-refundable pet fee of $300 per pet due at move in and a monthly pet rent of $35 per pet.

  • Detached Garage parking is available for an additional $175 monthly fee.

  • Gateway Lofts is nestled just south of Dayton in Centerville, Ohio. We are located near plethora of local dining, shopping, and nightlife options for you to enjoy like Boosalis Baking and Cafe, LaRosa's Pizza Centerville, Forest Walk Lower Park, ALDI, Miami Valley Hospital South Campus, and more!

  • You can go to https://gatewayloftscenterville.residentportal.com/ to access your resident portal Within this portal, you can submit work orders, review your leasing agreement, and more.

  • Our stylish and modern apartments feature floor-to-ceiling windows, wood-style plank floors, oversized kitchen island, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, private patio or balcony, washer & dryer, under-mount single basin kitchen sink, private bathrooms with frameless glass shower (in select units), walk-in closets, premium insulated walls, USB outlets throughout in all units. We also have pre-wired for AT&T services and cathedral ceilings in select units.

  • All modern appliances (fridge, microwave, stove, oven, dishwasher) come included in your apartment. We also have in-unit washer & dryer in all units as well.

  • One time fees include a $50 application fee per applicant over 18 and a $200 admin fee.

    Monthly fees include a $14 Foxen Renter's Insurance and $8 Rentistry Credit Builder.

    A one time $75 Amenity Fee per lease term, Internet fee $55 and $25 trash removal are also required.

  • We require a 60 day, written notice and fee equivalent to 2 months of rent to terminate your lease agreement properly. Any concessions received would need to be reimbursed.

  • Our maintenance team is here to help 24/7 during all office hours, and during non-office hours for emergency maintenance situations.
